Old Town Library is moving to its new home in the Arts Centre next week.

The library, which is currently located at the top of Victoria Road, will close at 1pm on Tuesday (7 September) and reopen at 4pm on Thursday (9 September) at the Arts Centre in Devizes Road.

The new library will be open for 40 hours a week from Monday to Saturday.

During times when the library is not staffed, books can be borrowed and returned using a self-service facility and public computers will also be available.

Children’s storytime will continue on Tuesdays at 2.30pm in the new library, which will have brand new books and equipment.

The refurbished Arts Centre will also benefit from a new performance studio space and bar area, while a new cafe facility will open next month.

Anyone wishing to find out more information can ask a member of staff or call 01793 466504 or 01793 464499.
